Frequently asked

You enter a card to start. You're not charged for the first 3 days. On day 4 we bill the plan you selected. If you cancel any time before then in Settings → Subscription, you're not charged.
Yes. One click in Settings → Manage Subscription opens the Stripe portal where you can cancel, switch plans, or update your card. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period — no proration claw-backs.
No. SignalFinder is an analytical tool. It surfaces patterns and probabilities derived from price data; it does not place trades or recommend specific actions. All trading decisions remain yours.
Any US-listed equity, ETF, or major index supported by our data provider (Polygon.io). Crypto, options, and international exchanges aren't supported yet.
We publish backtested win rates for every candlestick pattern grade in our docs. No system gets the future right every time — these are probabilities, not certainties. The dashboard is transparent about confidence levels on every signal.
